Neil Fenton is an entrepreneur and research scientist with a variety of interests both in software, biotechnology and information systems. He has a strong track record in creating, developing and selling successful businesses. He is currently Chairman of Masher (www.masher.com) and was formerly CEO of FotoJive which was acquired in February, 2006 by private investors. Prior to that he was COO of Banyan SA, a European technology incubator, the most notable holdings of which were FotoJive and Gcluster, an interactive gaming solutions provider sold to Softbank Broadmedia in July 2002. A Rhodes Scholar, he holds degrees from Princeton, the LSE and Oxford.
Matt Cooper founded Capital One Bank in the UK and Europe. Launched in 1995, Capital One Bank Europe plc had a turnover of 275m pounds sterling, 2000 employees and was selected as the third best place to work in the UK by the time of Matt's departure. Matt is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Octopus Capital Plc and THX Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director for Carbon Search Limited and Sadler's Wells Dance Theatre. Matt is on the Board of Governors of Nottingham Trent University. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to entrepreneurship and corporate leadership. Matt was appointed to the Board of Governors at The Nottingham Trent University in July 1999.
Roger Vakharia is currently a member of the executive team at Microsoft where he is Head of Media and Entertainment. A former 11 year Intel veteran where he most recently served as Managing Director with Intel's Digital Home Group. He successfully forged several broadband & mobile entertainment investments and alliances worldwide – including Sony, Studio JVs (Anytime Asia, Movielink) and a visionary cofounder of ClickStar, a venture between Intel and Morgan Freeman's company Revelations Entertainment. ClickStar is a broadband entertainment start-up, focused on online distribution of first run feature films and artist-created channels. He also serves on the Board of Directors of UK-based Eros International plc (LSE:Eros), a leading Bollywood studio, where he was actively involved in the IPO process. Roger continues to lead several first to market digital entertainment initiatives worldwide.
Salminiitty joins 10Duke from FotoJive where he was CTO. FotoJive was the first community to merge online and mobile multimedia, allowing users to upload and share photos, video and text from their mobile phone in one click. Prior to FotoJive, Salminiitty worked at Tekla Oyj where he was responsible for software projects for the Finnish Defense Forces. He has 10 years of experience in senior software development roles covering architectures, UML, XML, OOAD, numerical methods and science applied as software tools. Salminiitty holds a M.Sc. in Mechatronics from Helsinki University of Technology (HUT).
