Neil Fenton is a software entrepreneur with over 16 years' experience in creating new software products and systems with a particular focus on identity and access management technologies delivered on a SaaS basis.
Prior to 10Duke, Neil was CEO of FotoJive, the world's mobile to web video sharing service. Prior to FotoJive, he was COO of Banyan SA, a European technology incubator, which developed FotoJive and Gcluster, an interactive gaming solution provider sold to Softbank Broadmedia in July 2002. A Canadian Rhodes Scholar, he holds degrees from Princeton, the LSE and Oxford.

Frej Salminiitty joined 10Duke from FotoJive where he was CTO. FotoJive was the first community to merge online and mobile multimedia, allowing users to upload and share photos, video and text from their mobile phone to the web in one click.
Prior to FotoJive, Salminiitty worked at Tekla Oyj in software projects for the Finnish Defense Forces. Frej has over 14 years of experience in R&D and senior software development roles covering architectures, heterogeneous distributed systems, simulation, distributed computing and storage, numerical methods and science applied as software tools. Salminiitty holds a M.Sc. in Mechatronics from Helsinki University of Technology (HUT).
Jarkko Selkäinaho is a software architect with more than 15 years' experience in system, software and solution architectures across a range of technologies.
Jarkko joined 10Duke from Patria, the Finnish Defence and Aerospace group where he was Chief Architect for .Net framework based solutions and led R&D efforts on data models and domain-specific modeling for the defence sector. Jarkko studied technical physics at the Helsinki University of Technology.
Business Development Director, UK and Germany
Niels Reidock has over 15 years of operational and strategic business experience within the online, software and media industry.
Prior to 10Duke Niels held the positions of Senior Director Online Sales Europe and Head of Online Sales UK for Kaspersky Lab, one of the leading Internet Security companies in the world. Previous roles included Head of Category Management and Vendor Managed Inventory at Warner Home Video Germany and European Product Manager at Mondus, a services exchange platform. Throughout his career Niels has studied and worked in Germany, the USA and the UK. He holds a Business degree from the University of Hamburg and a Marketing Degree from University of California, Berkeley Extension.
Roger Vakharia is currently the Vice President of Innovation Partnerships (M&E) at Salesforce. Previously he was a member of the executive team at Microsoft where he was Head of Media and Entertainment. A former 11 year Intel veteran where he most recently served as Managing Director with Intel's Digital Home Group. He successfully forged several broadband & mobile entertainment investments and alliances worldwide – including Sony, Studio JVs (Anytime Asia, Movielink) and a visionary cofounder of ClickStar, a venture between Intel and Morgan Freeman's company Revelations Entertainment. Roger continues to lead several first to market digital entertainment initiatives worldwide.
Matt Cooper founded Capital One Bank in the UK and Europe. Launched in 1995, Capital One Bank Europe plc had a turnover of 275m pounds sterling, 2000 employees and was selected as the third best place to work in the UK by the time of Matt's departure. Matt is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Octopus Capital plc and THX Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director for Carbon Search Limited and Sadler's Wells Dance Theatre. Matt was appointed to the Board of Governors at The Nottingham Trent University in July 1999. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to entrepreneurship and corporate leadership.
