We’ve been listening to customer feedback, and this release delivers improvements on the areas that were most requested. These updates make it easier to manage entitlements, track usage, and keep your licensing secure and efficient.

Passkey Support for Passwordless Sign-in

We’re excited to introduce passkey support — a faster, safer way to sign in without passwords. Passkeys let users log in using biometrics or device PINs, just like unlocking a phone. This eliminates forgotten passwords and reduces phishing risks, marking a major step forward in usability and security. Passkeys work alongside existing login methods (like passwords and 2FA), giving your users the freedom to choose while paving the way toward a passwordless future.

Standardized Email Templates

All 10Duke Enterprise-generated emails now follow a consistent, modern design. Whether it’s a welcome message, an invitation, or a password reset, your branding and message are displayed clearly across every user interaction, boosting trust and reducing confusion.

Organization-wide MFA Enforcement

Security just got simpler to manage. With Release 6, multi-factor authentication (MFA) can now be enforced across an entire organization, ensuring every user meets your security requirements without relying on individual configuration.

Easier Access to Your 10Duke Resources

Say hello to the new 10Duke Portal — your centralized starting point.

The Portal is a web-based hub for software vendors that brings access to all 10Duke services in one place. It features a clean, tile-based interface with direct links to:

• Applications tied to your deployment, such as SysAdmin and OrgAdmin
• Documentation and resources to support faster integration and troubleshooting
• Additional products and features you haven’t activated yet, but may want to explore
• The Support Desk, for quick access to help when you need it

The 10Duke portal offers a clean, visual interface that makes it easy to jump into daily tasks or discover new possibilities with 10Duke.

License Consumption Responses

License responses now include a new grantedItems claim that returns all aggregated licensed items granted by the license token. Previously, accessing this information required extra configuration and a separate extension. Now, it’s built into the core product, simplifying integration and making entitlement data more accessible out of the box.

Updated Default Password Policy

Password management just got stronger. New policies now include password expiration controls and restrictions on password reuse, helping enforce stronger security practices and reduce risk across your user base.

License Management Optimizations

Behind the scenes, we’ve made license request handling faster and more efficient. Reduced lock times, quicker quota checks, and better support for complex requests all add up to improved scalability and performance.
