Introducing the 10Duke AI Assistant

We’re excited to announce the 10Duke AI Assistant, a new AI-powered chat tool now live on our documentation site at docs.enterprise.10duke.com. Built to help developers and technical teams find answers faster, the AI Assistant answers questions directly from our developer guides, API references, and SDK documentation, so you spend less time searching and more time integrating. Our engineering and integration support teams have been using the AI Assistant internally for the past six weeks, giving us confidence in the quality of the responses it provides.

How It Works

Look for the chat icon in the bottom right corner of any page on docs.enterprise.10duke.com. The AI Assistant will first ask you which version of 10Duke Enterprise you’re running, and then scopes every answer to that release’s documentation, so you’re never reading guidance written for the wrong version.

From there, just ask a question in plain language, such as “How do I provision licenses?” or “How do I connect to an external identity provider?” The AI Assistant returns a direct answer with the relevant steps and API operations, grounded in our published documentation, along with suggested follow-up questions to keep you moving.

Key Benefits

Faster answers, less searching: Get a direct answer to a specific technical question instead of scanning multiple guides or API reference pages to piece one together.

Version-aware responses: Answers are scoped to the release you’re actually running, removing the guesswork of adapting instructions written for a different version.

Grounded in our documentation: Responses are based on our published developer guides, API references, and SDK documentation, not generic AI guesses.

Available around the clock: The AI Assistant is available 24/7, so your developers can get unblocked outside of support hours and across time zones.

Faster onboarding for new integrations: Especially useful for teams migrating from an in-house licensing system, who typically have the most integration questions during their first few weeks on 10Duke Enterprise.

Getting Started

The 10Duke AI Assistant is live now on docs.enterprise.10duke.com. No setup is required. Open the chat icon on any documentation page and start asking questions.

Every response includes thumbs up and thumbs down icons in the chat window. Use them to tell us whether an answer was helpful, and your feedback will help us continue to improve the AI Assistant over time.
