Working with 10Duke

10Duke offers  an advanced licensing engine that is used worldwide by both smaller, growing businesses as well as global Enterprises.

10Duke is a licensing solution that is state-of-the-art and works very differently from traditional, key-based licensing solutions offered by other vendors.

The process of working with us normally follows a 4 stage process:

  1. Discovery: as licensing can be quite complex, we would encourage you to get in touch with us to set up a Discovery Call. On the call we will dig into your requirements and then explain and show how the 10Duke solution works and how it might be applied to your requirements.
  2. Evaluation: if there is a good fit between what you are looking for and what we can provide, we are happy to deploy an evaluation environment for you to test. During this evaluation phase (also called a Proof of Concept), we provide you with a dedicated support team who will be on hand to help ensure the integration process is as efficient as possible for you. There is no cost to the evaluation.
  3. Integration: If you decide that 10Duke is the solution for you, we then ask you to sign a Subscription Agreement with us. Once this is complete, we then help you to complete any remaining integration tasks that were not completed during the Evaluation phase such as migrating licenses or users, or integrating with a CRM.
  4. Production!  Once you have integrated to 10Duke, we then work with you help ensure a smooth deployment into Production for you and your customers.

How long does it take?

The length of time it takes to integrate and deploy 10Duke depends entirely on your business requirements. Integrating a simple, Angular-based web application can be done in less than one hour and if requirements are simple the whole process can be completed in 1-2 days.

For more complex Enterprise cases evaluation, integration and deployment typically takes 3 to 6 months.

We can work as quickly as you need to ensure the integration to 10Duke is as fast and efficient as possible.

Arrange a Discovery call today to learn more.
