Neil Fenton
Executive Chairman
Neil Fenton is a Canadian software entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in creating new software products and systems with a particular focus on identity and access management technologies delivered on a SaaS basis. Most recently, he has led the development of 10Duke from an idea on a napkin to the world's leading provider of license management software, operating from 3 offices internationally, and managing more than $4 billion worth of software licenses on behalf of its customers. A Canadian Rhodes Scholar, he holds degrees from Princeton University, the London School of Economics and a D.Phil from the University of Oxford.
Frej Salminiitty
Chief Technology Officer
Frej Salminiitty has over 25 years of experience in R&D and senior software development roles covering architectures, heterogeneous distributed systems, simulation, distributed computing and storage, numerical methods and science applied as software tools. Frej joined 10Duke from FotoJive where he was CTO. FotoJive was the first community to merge online and mobile multimedia, allowing users to upload and share photos, video and text from their mobile phone to the web in one click. Prior to FotoJive, Salminiitty worked at Tekla Oyj in software projects for the Finnish Defense Forces. Salminiitty holds a M.Sc. in Mechatronics from Helsinki University of Technology (HUT).
Jarkko Selkäinaho
Chief Architect
Jarkko Selkäinaho is a software architect with more than 25 years of experience in system, software and solution architectures across a range of technologies. Jarkko joined 10Duke from Patria, the Finnish Defence and Aerospace group where he was Chief Architect for .Net framework based solutions and led R&D efforts on data models and domain-specific modeling for the defence sector. Jarkko studied technical physics at the Helsinki University of Technology.
Emily Delva
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, Emily focuses on enabling teams to deliver exceptional work by streamlining workflows, removing operational friction, and supporting smooth cross-functional execution. With a career history spanning project management and technical operations, she bridges the gap between business objectives and operational execution, ensuring both 10Duke and its customers succeed. She has a background in academic research, having obtained multiple degrees in bioinformatics/metagenomics, bringing a disciplined, data-informed approach to tech operations.
Paul Chiriac
Head of Product
Paul leads the Product Management Team. With over a decade of experience in IT, Paul joined 10Duke in 2015 and currently oversees end-to-end product development and refinement of licensing solutions. Paul is known for managing complex software projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving product strategy and innovation.
Luke Hinchliffe
Head of Marketing
Luke has worked in B2B technology for over 20 years, spanning industries including marketing enterprise SaaS products for financial services, anti-money laundering (AML & KYC), fund accounting, and mobile identity. With a background in graphic and web design, Luke has a passion for marketing technology and how it's used to explain and sell SaaS products.
